Nestling in a valley on the edge of the extensive National Trust Cubert Common in large south-facing gardens bounded by a stream, Nanis offers peace and tranquillity yet is within easy walking distance of two beautiful beaches and all local amenities.  Its sun lounge opens onto a private patio with barbecue, and its sweeping drive will accommodate at least 3 cars.  The views onto the Common are stunning, and the area is ideal for walking, riding or other outdoor activities.




Nanis has been newly refurbished. It has 2 bedrooms, a
modern, fully fitted kitchen with electric double oven, washing machine dish
washer, tumble drier, fridge and freezer, a separate dining area, a lounge with
log burner,TV and DVD Player, a large sun lounge with 5ft sofa bed, a luxury
bathroom with corner bath and separate corner shower, and a cloakroom with wc and wash basin .

About The Area:

Nanis is centrally located close to the north Cornish coast.  This makes it the perfect location for exploring the beautiful coastline or spending the day surfing or swimming on one of the many nearby beaches.

It is within 30 minutes drive of the world famous Eden Project and many other family attractions.  The bustling holiday resort of Newquay is 3 miles by road or 1.5 across the beach.

Directions: Leave the A30 signposted Newquay.  Follow signs for Newquay until entering Quintrel Downs. Go straight across the next 2 roundabouts.  At the third turn left.  200 metres turn right signposted Crantock.  Follow the brown tourist signs to Treago Farm Camp Site.  Drive through Treago Farm.  At the end of the lane you will find Nanis.
