Cosy Cottage is a delightful, two bedroom, nineteenth century cottage which enjoys a sunny sheltered position in the heart of historic Kingsand fishing village.
Located on a quiet street with beaches, sea front, shops restaurants and pubs just five minutes walk . The coastal path is fifty yards from the front door.
The cottage has a pretty outlook across the village. Modest sea view from the sun patio at the front of the house.
The cottage is well furnished and comprises:
Master bedroom: top floor, Super-Kingsize orthopedic bed, can be made up as either as double or twin (by request).
Bathroom and WC adjacent.
Single bedroom: ground floor. WC and washbasin adjacent.
Additional sleeping by arrangement.
New kitchen (2010), ground floor. Very well equipped: Electric cooker (ceramic hobs and oven), microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer. Slate floor and original oak beams.
Large open plan lounge/dining room, first floor, attractively furnished with T.V., video, DVD player, hi-fi, telephone, books, videos, DVDs, games, local walking maps.

Kingsand-Cawsand is a picturesque and peaceful village in a recognised area of outstanding natural beauty. It lies between the Mt Edgecumbe Country Park and the Rame Head peninsula. An unspoilt, historical fishing village it provides the perfect base to explore "Cornwall's forgotten corner".
Local attractions include Mt Edgecumbe House with its' gardens and grounds, Rame Head, spectacular views over Whitsand Bay. The Cremyll ferry crosses to Plymouth and in the summer months a passenger ferry runs from Cawsand beach to the historic Barbican area of Plymouth.
Ideal for walkers, painters and water lovers.
Within an hour's drive from Plymouth, Looe, Polperro, Fowey, the Eden Project, and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
