This picturesque, two hundred year old cottage
is located in the heart of the old part of Boscastle.
The property has retained many of its original features,
with a wealth of oak beams and deep window seats to the front.
At the rear, steps lead up to the garden which
is laid mainly to lawn with some shrubs.
There is a view over the headland to the sea.
Please Note:
The property is not suitable for anyone who
is infirm as it has
several levels
and steep stairs
Local Services:
There is a 16th century inn within a few minutes walk of Rosebank. There is a garage nearby with a small shop inside and buses run from in front of this garage to Tintagel and Camelford. Buses to further places can be caught from the harbour area. Boscastle is not near a railway station. The nearest one is at Bodmin Parkway. The nearest library is in Camelford. There are several supermarkets in the larger towns like Bude, Launceston, Wadebridge and Bodmin.

About The Area:
Boscastle is a pretty, harbour town - much of which is owned by the National Trust. The rugged coastal path can be reached quite easily from the cottage and the beautiful Valency Valley is within easy reach.
Crackington Haven, a short drive away, has both sand and surf and the seaside town of Bude is about 10 miles away.
For a more traditional look at North Cornwall, there are many unspoilt fishing villages to be explored and nearby Tintagel, with its Arthurian legends, is popular with some tourists.
