Seyth Cottage, is located in the North Cornwall village of St Agnes which benefits from having its own beach, Trevaunace Cove . With its pubs, restaurants and shops it enables visitors to forego the use of their car if so wished.
St Agnes is perfect for learning to surf, hiking or just plain lying back and enjoying the view from the cliffs. Up the lane leads to the country side and The Beacon with its spectacular views.
Seyth is a high ceilinged Victorian House which blends the old with the new. The front of Seyth is backed off the road and the rear nestled down a quiet lane, with the advantage of being close to all the local shops, butchers, bakers, grocery store, wet fish shop, newsagent, post office, pubs and galleries, all within a few hundred metres.
Inside, downstairs is open plan with all modern
conveniences and with a working open fire, and upstairs we have a master bedroom and a large family bedroom with a double bed, and 2 single beds.
The house gives
off an atmosphere of summer and light.
Seyth has a small garden, and barbecue
facilities.
Close to everything you need but blessed with the quiet you seek.
Local Services: Buses to Truro and other destinations every hour

About The Area:
St. Agnes is a picturesque village on the north coast of Cornwall. Steeped in mining history, the village still retains a traditional friendly Cornish atmosphere and makes a wonderful base for your holiday, with four varied beaches
and a central location for touring the rest of Cornwall. We have dramatic coastal walks and surfing beaches where surfing lessons are on offer. Breathtaking scenery filled with relics from the past as well as friendly
hotels serving good food in a warm atmosphere.
St Agnes is one of the few villages left with its own Post Office, Bakery, Wet Fish shop, Butchers and
Organic Greengrocers . A working village all year round .The local supermarket is open till 10.30pm so you never have to worry about running out of things . In fact you don't need your car if so wished . We have everything.
The location of St Agnes means that there is easy access to the south coast to visit St Michaels Mount , The Eden Project and the fishing port of Newlyn among many areas of interest.
There are several pubs, cafes and restaurants, serving food and drink to cater for all tastes and pockets.
There are beautiful restaurants such as Jamie Olivers ''15' at Watergate' or Rick Steins Fish Restaurant in Padstow .
Or stay local and eat at 'Schooners 'on Trevaunance Cove, where freshly caught fish is on the menu.
The Blue Bar at Porthtowan [next beach] offers a relaxed Californian ambience with great food and drinks , is kid and dog friendly and is located to offer a breathtaking view of the sunset. One of our regular haunts after a day at the beach .
